Rubber-band hammers

Rubber-band hammers, or Rubber-band-powered hammers, are hammers (https://bugforums.createaforum.com/lego-battlebots-wiki/hammersaxes/msg182/#msg182) (or sometimes axes) powered by a rubber band. They can be much more powerful than gravity hammers (https://bugforums.createaforum.com/lego-battlebots-wiki/gravity-powered-hammers/), with some being able to hit with a force over 50 grams. BETA (https://bugforums.createaforum.com/lego-battlebots-wiki/beta/) was the first bot to use one successfully.
